Overview
OmniDimension uses the Twilio WhatsApp Sender API to enable WhatsApp capabilities. This means you need to Bring Your Own Number (BYON) from Twilio and provide the necessary credentials to our platform.

- • A phone number with WhatsApp Sender enabled
- • Account SID and Auth Token
Step-by-Step Configuration
Follow these steps to set up your Twilio WhatsApp Sender for OmniDimension

Get Twilio Credentials
You need your Account SID and Auth Token from the Twilio Console:
In Twilio Console:
- 1Log in to your Twilio Console.
- 2On the dashboard, find your Account SID and Auth Token.
- 3Copy these values, you will need them for OmniDimension.

Configure WhatsApp Sender
Ensure you have a WhatsApp Sender enabled number:
- 1Navigate to Messaging > Senders > WhatsApp Senders.
- 2If you haven't already, create a new WhatsApp Sender or select an existing one.
- 3Follow Twilio's instructions to link a phone number and approve it for WhatsApp use.

Import to OmniDimension
Now you are ready to import your WhatsApp number to OmniDimension.
