- Plans are cumulative: each one includes everything in the plans above it.
- Starter: voice AI agents, chat and call logs, integrations, WhatsApp, voice cloning, SIP trunking. Email support, 24-hour response.
- Jump Starter adds: agent versioning, live call monitoring, voicemail detection, workflow builder (10,000 executions/month), WhatsApp broadcasts (2,000 messages/month). Email support, 24-hour response.
- Growth adds: recording insights, email channel, SMS channel, workflow builder (100,000 executions/month), WhatsApp broadcasts (10,000 messages/month). Email, Slack and WhatsApp support, 12-hour response.
- Customers on an older plan keep it and its price until they change it.

## Pay as you go

No subscription needed. Add balance and pay per minute; bigger top-ups get a lower rate:

- In India, top-ups are paid in INR through Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking), from INR 1,900 plus 18% GST. Everywhere else, by card in USD.
- Above 25,000 minutes a month: contact sales for a custom rate.

## Chatbot and WhatsApp pricing

- Chatbot: $0.006 per message on every paid plan. Custom on Enterprise.
- WhatsApp is included on every paid plan. $0.006 per outgoing WhatsApp message (agent replies, team replies, templates and broadcasts), billed from your wallet balance. Incoming messages are free. Meta bills its own per-message charges separately to your WhatsApp Business account.

## Add-ons

- Phone numbers from $5/number/month, or import a number you already own for free.
- Extra concurrency (calls at the same time): $6.74 per slot per month. Every account starts with 1.

## Notes and constraints

- Agent prompts should stay under 3,500 tokens for optimal performance.
- Telephony fees apply for calls from OmniDimension-provided numbers.
- When included minutes run out, calls continue from your wallet balance. Top up anytime.
