Data deletion instructions

You can request deletion of your personal data and account information at any time by emailing support@omnidim.io from the email address associated with your account.

Include your account email and, if you know it, your organization name so we can locate your data. We will confirm your identity, delete your personal data and platform data from our systems, and reply once the deletion is complete. This typically takes a few business days.

We may retain limited information where required for legal, security, or accounting reasons, as described in our Privacy Policy.
